Minutes from TCAT Region IV Meeting

December 7^th

·        The Region IV meeting was held in the Exhibit Hall A2 and A3 at the TCAT Conference in Galveston Texas.  The meeting was called to order at 9:15 am by Jill Cook, President.

·        Minutes from September and December will be distributed at February’s meeting.

·        Discussion about House Bill 2288 and 2294 - encouraging members to attend the TEA sessions.

·        Jill Cook encouraged all Region IV members to run for a Board of Directors position within TCAT.  There are several members from Region IV that are running.  They are Becki Luchak from Spring Branch ISD, Kelli Skarda from Goose Creek ISD, Jill Cook from Clear Creek ISD and Ann Tweedt from Humble ISD.

·        The next Region IV meeting will be emailed to members.

·        Vicki Peterson of Brazosport ISD made a motion to adjourn and it was seconded by Valerie Williams of Klein ISD.

·        The meeting adjourned at 9:41.
